What is coaching?

Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, which is particularly important in today's uncertain and complex environment. 

What is brain based coaching?

Brain based coaching is coaching with the brain in mind, i.e., applying the latest insights into how the brain works to create even more powerful results. We apply brain based coaching to all of our coaching.

How do we work together?

We offer coaching via a combination of telephone, Skype, and email. The investment for coaching varies according to the length of the coaching engagement and the number of sessions.  

Workshops/Webinars

We offer workshops and webinars to secondary and postsecondary institutions offering strategies to increase CTE nontraditional enrollment and retention. 


We also offer workshops and webinars on topics ranging from personal branding to job search best practices.
